Death aboard a flight

A passenger dies on board his flight while way back to India from Dubai. Ful medical attention might not have beem given to the ailing passenger. But proving this fact may be difficult. No overseas health insurance. Whether the ai is liarline carrier is liable to pay compensation?

You yourself are telling that it is difficult which is correct. If you have any proof then only you may get compensation.

Dear Expert,
Thank you for your response. What I have mentioned is the real story of what had happened. What we can retrieve is that details of information that the airlines had sent to the control room. We can nt t trace the neighbor seat occupier to have his evidence tendered. Thanks again.

If you consult the airlines' office authorities where the dead person started his journey for the details like the name and address of the co-traveler who sat the side of the dead person.
