i have purchased a residential land in sector-21 rohini delhi 10 years (2001) ago from a original allottee.
now in 2010 i have consructed two story building . i apply electricity connection on my name that why my electricity bill cames on my name.start paying property tax by fill my name as owner online on mcd site.
but water bill and supply is still handle by dda because it is new colony. and my water bill comes on original allottee names. currently i got this property freehold on my name.
how can i change the name on water bill?
is there need to follow full mutation procedure?

Only the copy of registration deed or document making the property freehold in your name would be necessary to be attached along with the application for change of name for water connecction.
