Daughters claim on gifted property

Hi,

My mother has a registered property(in delhi) which she bought from third party.
I have 2 sisters, my mother is alive and wants to gift the property to me.

After gifting , will my sisters have any kind rights or any base to have claim on the property.
If yes then what is solution to avoid that.

No, after gift deed they will not have any right.
