Dear sir/Ma,am,
My uncle withdrawal 2 lakh rupees from oriental bank of commerce mathura , money was handed over to him by bank personnel but the same point of time he was looted by three uncovered face person and get out from the bank because there was no security guard meanwhile he was absent for 2 hours as per bank provided the footage. can we claim the bank on the point of security.FIR has been loged and we are having bank footage in which there is no security guard at bank gate. so guide me pls..

Q. What action can be take agaist bank ?
