this is not exactly repeat query

can husband submit request for crpc 91 to POLICE IO for 498a case to get following details

Cellphone details-- wife has accused husband of asking dowry on day which he was not present in state.

Bank CCTV footage using wife taking jewllery from locker and still acussing husband of witholding her jewellary

also in intrest of justice is mandatory for police to entertain such request or it depend how much money girl family has given to police?

these can be taken as plea but may not be considered by Police in such detail at this stage. In your bail application mention all these facts. U can file a counter case before the Court and seek investigation into said submissions.

If production of these documents do not debarred u/s 123 and 124 of evidence act,then same can be ordered to be produced at any stage in court u/s 91 Cr.P.C.

Its up to discretion of police officer. But you may call such records during the trial in concerned court.

An accused can not guide the manner of investigation to the investigation officer.

If accused don't have such jewellary then what is he apprehended from?

And how's it be possible to be recovered such articles from accused?? When nothing would recovered it falsify the case of prosecution.

locker is in my name. i have cannot acess locker because i want police to verify content left by wife,
so sooner police ivestigate better it is 4 me

Move the court at the appropriate time seeking all the details directly from wife or from the concerned departments. you cannot ask the police in this regard.
