Your question is not clear, why should land tribunal sanction land?
Land tribunal is also a court, so is there any case pending before it and are you waiting for the disposal of any dispute pending before it?

Nothing. No case at all. Criteria for land sanction to landless Farmer from the government. To the people who farming in government land from somany years.

The landless farmers can apply for grant of land to them on the basis of their agricultural records and long possession of the leased proeprty.
You can verify through government sources about the schemes that are available for the landless farmers and advise them
