i have one credit card . this is unpaid for 33 months due to poor financial condition . the credit card company has rang me that it has filed a suit in Banglore since i have been living in delhi . He is claiming that i have to get bail in banlore or i have to pay all my dues immediately . i have never get notice from banlore court in fact i have not taken this card from banglore or spend even a single penny in banglore. What is my legal position . I have proposed to get 2000/- instalment without interest but the company is not agreed .

You can verify the transaction details through the web.If they were not done by you you can protest it and contest the case.

very good self injury on your part.
you have today in 2013 admitted liability and they have another three years limitation to file civil suit. Since the due is more than 33 months soon they were going to lose limitation

What is the liability as on date as per claim of the company.
Whether with high rate of interest that the card company will charge you would be able to meet the liability?
