Copy application

Ld counsels,

My copy application was struck off by the copying section of the family court bcos I contacted 2 days after the elapse of the time duration allowed for furnishing the copies.

Kindly let me know if that application can be restored by some means proceduraly.

The process cant be so rigid causing more delay and harassment. Pls help.

I dont wnat to re-apply and go thro the hardships (pls understand!) for the same applicaiton again.

u may approach the copying incharge with the plausible reason for non collection of your certified copy in time definetaly u will get the relief.

the law entitles you to apply for restoration of the copy aplication. do it at once

1. Sh. Sharma has given wise advise. You may follow simple Application with Court Fees and meeting with Copying Incharge and resonable gratis is allowed as per Rules.
