accused is convicted in 138 NI and he got six month punishment 55,000/- fine.But he is got bail from court for two month.Now his bail is completed and he is not paid fine so what is the next process

File an application in trial court for taking the accused in custody.

file an application for issuing warrant of arrest against accused person as on the condition bail was granted to file appeal by the accused person did not comply and avoiding the process of law.
