During divorce the husband hidden his assets

during the divorce, the husband has hidden the assets in his family members names including the funds. before few months he applied the divorce and he claims in the court he does not have any assets or share on his name.

How to include his assets on his family members name to my kids

Assets in the name of his other family members has nothing to do with your or your children's claim for maintenance, only on the basis of his income and financial status you can seek and get order for financial support for yourself and your children.

You join back husband, then ask husband to take back the properties which he has given/hiddedn in other relatives names back to his name. Do drama of being sorry for entire episode till now. Collect details of all the properties through RTI Act.

With the details on hand pick quarell with husband and follow procedure to file divorce and claim alimony. In your aliimony petition itself mention all the names of properties in his name.

Though you can do like this, if he keeps paying 100 rupees per month as alimony, then even if has crores worth of properties court cannot do anything much than ask you to accept 100 rupees as alimony.

You have to sit with a criminal lawyer, and chalk out a plan how to loot your husband. If you talk to few advocates in your town am sure you will find one or the other!

Others could explain under which section the wife could claim husband's assets if she had not contributed any thing in purchasing it. she could claim only justifiable iMaintenance

The assets declared by your husband may be challenged by producing necessary documents of "recent" transfer .

No transfer of assets could be questioned in Divorce and Maintenance Cases unless and until the Wife had made her contribution in purchasing the same
