I like to file a constitutional petition in High Court to get minimum rights for senior citizens, what would be the case-law? also need some tips.

If u wanna to file a petition some specific cause or ground is required, but u catagorily say about Sr. Citizens right, even though constitutional right, many rights are allready given to senior citizen and are also implemented in practical. just give some more details?

First you can suggest Ministry of Law and Justice, for suitable amendment may be made in constitution of India in this regard.If Ministry of Law and justice ignored your plea, then you can file a writ petition .
