Dear Sir,
I have booked a bouquet to my friend on his bth day with cake. while I have the boking ID and payment No. from which i have sent the same.
The problem arises here is that although the same has been delivered on the due date and due time but yet they have not delivered the same thing or the same article which, I have booked with them. means they have sent an inferior quality of bouquet with the inferior quality of cake.
So I have two questions.
1. What is the Jurisdiction where I can sue for this, means the place on which I have intended it to deliver or the place from where I have booked?
2. What is the remedy provided to me under section 6 (a-e) and under various other sections of Consumer Protection Act..

Before you sue you must file a complaint in this regard with the seller and mention that the goods delivered were different and of lower value. you can ask for refund for the same. If you dont get any reply / refund you can contact your credit/ debit card provider and ask for Chargeback, i.e reverse the said transction. If u fail in all remedies / redressal you can approach consumer forum for damages.

Issue a letter to the seller for refund for deficiency of services, if they don't file in dictrict consumer forum.

Issue notice to seller, with your claim. Most probably it will be solved.
if not, u can file cc at seller's regd address district, or from where u bkd & pd.
u can claim for mental agony, payment for damages. & ur litigation exp.

yes, you can file case at that place, where you have booked the order.

sir, when the order is booked from net where will be the original jurisdiction of the website from which I have booked..whether I must file a complaint with national consumer forum.
Let I have booked the order from Mumbai and the same to be delivered in Delhi. so as I have booked from net so I can just know about the website and the person who delivered me..so let if i have to go to District Consumer Forum then can I sue in the consumer forum delhi..
