my company codirector non cooperating in company business and her director cum shareholder 21 percent in company without auditor appointment she transferd to 2 people on white paper and taken money from those people..
Those people visited local police station and filed ddr and stopped company business
Local police filed ddr on company and my name..
what is the legal process to save me and my company.. Her director din also not activated..
Police going to arrest me on her white paper share transfer.
Please solve my company problem.

after company registration opened bank account and she stopped every thing company related works.. Because of her non cooperating in company related auditor appointment not possible but company empty signs bank checks also stolen from company address.even to block stolen company checks she has not cooperated.she is always blackmailing and threating for money to her personal needs.. Now local police filed company check bounce cases and company related matter.. Even to those legal matters also she is not cooperating.. What is solution to my problem

File a FIR in PS and obtain acknowledgment for it. Consult a local lawyer and file a case against her.
