Dear Members,

Plz. clarify,can Pvt. Ltd. company can holds its board meeting as well as EGM outside India.

So far as the Board meeting is concerned there is no problem to held the meeting out side India. But the general meeting should have to be convened at the place where the registered office of the company situate.
