1. is there any special procedure to register the software company,

2. for software company , how can i make registrations, under which all Act i should take license and registration

3. sir i want make business in karnataka and soudiarebia, how should i register

Ans. No special procedure is prescribed.

2. for software company , how can i make registrations, under which all Act i should take license and registration

Ans. Under the companies act you can incorporate a company. You should obtain a PAN Number for the company. All other registrations are subject to various factors like number of employees, SEZ etc...

3. sir i want make business in karnataka and soudiarebia, how should i register

Ans. Register the indian company and open a branch under local laws applicable in Saudi Arabia.

Every state has its own shops and commercial establishment Act. You can visit to the nearest labour office and get your company registered.
