Expert Sirs,
I lost partition Suit First Appeal (AS) in the Madras High Court in December 2021 . How many days has given (maximum) grace period to file Second Appeal in the Supreme Court of India.

Although there is limitation of 90 days yet it (delay) can be condoned in terms of order passed by Supreme Court in Suo Moto writ petition No 3 of 2020 condoning period from 15.03.2020 to 28.02.2022 and 90 days thereafter.

To my knowledge, you need to file an SLP which would be admitted as a Civil Appeal is granted. The matter is still within limitation. The Petition could be filed as soon as the Apex Court reopens after summer vacation.
