father sold land ( ancestral property) without son consent. citation need that son can seek partition in property for his share

This settled position of law, if the property is ancestral it can not be sold without the consent of other legal heirs and if it is self acquired the father has absolute right to dispose of and son has no right to object. So it think there is no need of any citation in this regard. However, if the facts are difference unless facts are not known, any citation will not help you.
