Citation in dv matter

i have filed a dv matter and i ask for the seprate acomdation for me and my daughter my client husband is ready to take her back to her matrimonial home out of bombay but she does not want to stay there as she is afraid that the same torture she will face which she faced in past given to her by her inlaws she is ready to live with her husband in bombay she dont want to live with her inlaws as they only influenced to her husband to illtreat her
dear expert in this situation is there is any citation where she can ask for the seprate accomdation in any other place not near to matrimonial home pls provide me the citation if have
