Christian

Guest (Querist) 06 June 2012 This query is : Resolved
A christian owner has sold me his property. Sale dead is done long back. Now the christian's children has put a case that the sale is not valid as it was done without their (children's) information. The patta is in the chirtian owner's name.
Note: The property sold has around 50% ancestral property.

There is no ancestral property in Christianity. However, as the patta is in the name of children, and the property were sold when they were minors, the claim of the children is sustainable in court.
