Hi Experts, I'm adithya the President of Chethanadhare charitable trust, we registered a trust in 2007. Some of our trustees given resignation letters and we changed the registered office address. So please help me by sending trust amendment draft to chethanadhare@gmail.com

It is not possible to send a draft for any documents. You consult a local lawyer who drafts the legal documents or a CA. In the Amendment deed, you shall indicate the number of the paragraph meant for the nomination of trustees, the paragraph is amended as “……………………………………..(you shall mention the names of the trustees who resigned) and in their place, the following trustees are nominated by the trust board. And you shall indicate the number of the paragraph meant for the office address, you may mention the new address of the office. In such a way you mention the amendments for which you wish to change, you can change and in the last, the remaining clauses are the same as in the previous deed.

kavksatyanarayanaji thank you for your great advice sir.

I consulted some CA and lawyers, they said that no need to register the amendment. Someone said write give the draft myself to him.

In Chethanadhare even we don't have funds also to give their high fees.

So I decided myself to draft the amendment
And requested the model of Amendment of draft. That I can follow and draft the amendment deed.
