FIR lodged agianst builder under 420 but investigation officer not done the proper investigation under presser of builder & report submit in court saying that no any case make agsinst the builder ,

Q- Can we challange this report in court?

.you can file a protest petition before the magistrate that there has been collusion between IO and builder . magistrate can on perusal of protest petition ,IO report , statements recorded under section 161 of CRPC issue summons against the accused
