Sir,

What is limit of SSI and Large Scale Limit in Central Excise.

Dear Sri Kapil,
As per the notification issued under Section 5A of the Central Excise Act, 1944, the SSI limit for the purposes of availing the exemption from payment of Central Excise Duty (CENVAT Duty) on specified goods is Rs.1.5 Crores subject to the condition that Value of clearances of all Excisable goods in the preceeding financial year does not exceed Rs. 4 Crores.
