Sir,I am a central govt employee, an inquiry under rule 14 ccs cca -1965 has been going on against me . But after a lapse of more than 3 months, presenting officer (PO)has been repeatedly failing to produce additional documents / files and created adjourment of 04 valuable date of inquiry which lead to my victimization.what would be my next course of action?
Is there any DOPT policy/office memerandum in this regard?

You cannot expect a rely to your taste, as against the provisions of rules, on any additional thread you try to open for one and the same roblem.
