Mr. Ashok,
First of all you have not stated, how you are related and with type of problem about outsourcing of any service by the school.
Secondly, even if that relates to your children or grand children, a vital question arises, are you interested in education of the child/ children or in suing the school?
Moreover, if you are not satisfied with the school's boarding arrangement, what compels you to avail services of th school?
Your prime concern should be good education of your child, not to get involved in litigation without any real cause.

Whether the affiliation to the school is with hostel or otherwise?
If you think the hostel services are not up to the mark, regarding staying conditions / food supplied, you can lodge complaint with the district authorities.
