caste certificate issue

sir in bihar govt ...a year ago tanti caste(obc) was delisted from list and according to bihar gazzete notification the caste certificate of pan sawasi has to be issued in place of tanti which is originally a pan...(SC certificate)....
applied for caste certificate and got the certificate of pan upto sdo...now there is objection in court about this issue...and now i am in confusion what to do if got selected in bank po..
is it right to claim that i am sc by showing certificate or there will be problem in future....Also confuse what to apply for upcoming exam sc or obc..... Obc certificate of tanti is not issued now in bihar as it is delisted.... pan certificate is issuing now upto sdo according to bihar gazzete ....what to do sir??????
