Cases pending, need to go abroad

(Querist) 29 April 2014 This query is : Resolved
Hi all,

My brief story so far:
(1) Filed an annulment case based on fraud, case ongoing will not come to evidence stage for another 4-5 months
(2) Wife filed DVC etc cases on me and my family. Many IAs and MPs petitions are pending in DVC. The evidence stage may take 6-8 months

I need to go abroad (tentative though) and will be there for at least an year. I can make one visit during this time.

My questions are:
(1) Is there any restriction for me to abroad, from court side so far there's none
(2) Should I be taking the permission of the court to go abroad and work there?
(3) If I tell the court, my wife may file 498A etc cause my passport to be seized essentially terminating my visit.
(4) Should I hide this from the court and let advocates and my family members attend the court and I pay a visit at the evidence stage?

Thanks

Whether you got any anticipatory bail or bail in your cases? If yes what are the conditions imposed by the court.

Thanks all.

Why do I need anticipatory bail? No criminal case is filed yet. DVC, various maintenance cases and RCR are filed.
Should I take anticipatory bail for 498A and then go abroad?
What if she comes to know somehow that I've gone abroad and then files 498A? Will I be arrested upon arrival to India? Will taking an anticipatory bail now help at that time, will I be allowed to leave the country and work abroad?

Imaginary query.
Since nothing is filed against you now, then avoid unnecessary thoughts.
