Dear Experts,

Generally we did agreement/contract for Canteen services on the Company's Letter Heads. Is it Correct or It should be on Non Judicial Stamp Paper?

Please Clearify the Matter with some referene.

An agreement on company's letter head has no validity, you may hire the services of a local consultant for further issues.
