Cancellation of land aquisition in GNOIDA

Sir,
I have booked a flat in Noida Extension. Now, I am fearing that whether i will be able to get my flat after cancellation of land aquisition by SC. My builder says there is no issue with their project as the farmers have already accepted the full & final compensation & in such case courts can not cancel the land aquisition. Is it true.

if the flats and the land remains with the contractor after the decision of the case than only you can get the flat there and not other wise
