Can TRUSTS do micro-finance with "Public's Donation Funds" ?

Can a TRUST registered in Delhi do micro-financing with "Donation Funds" collected directly from Public?
We have established a charitable trust in Delhi,Can we indulge in micro financing in Delhi and Can we do this with the funds collected directly from public ? Do we need some separate Money lenders License for doing this? Please guide.

A trust can do business but in order to do Micro Financing permission of the RBI is should and must.
