I have 2 attached bungalow plots in a bungalow society. I want to make a hospital at my plot. I have separate access to the main road. Can I freehold it from society?

If the property is under leasehold then you first get it converted to freehold property with clear title to your name after which you can apply for amalgamation of your both the properties with an application before the local competent authority

Your query is somewhat confusing to me. You stated that you have two attached bungalow plots but when you took on leasehold, you were not the owner of bungalows. So you have to get them after they are converted to freehold by a registered document.
