Buying unregistered property

Hi,

Can I buy unregistered flat from builder? This flat is under construction and builder is wanted to sale this flat urgent. Will there be any problem in the future if property is unregistered and can I take home loan to buy this flat??

Generally, the builder has the right to sell the flats. Why only this flat unregistered? If it is really unregistered, the builder has no right to sell it and you cannot get a loan to buy this flat.

The flat is stated to be still under construction, accordingly what is to be registered ?
Probably your query pertains to sale of under construction flat. If so, it can be sold and registered when agreed by buyer.
