Buying ancestral agricultural land in ap

Hi All, I have bought an ancestral agricultutal land in AP from 2 brothers who got this from their father. Do I need to take any affidavit from them saying that their children will not do any difficulties to me in future? Their children are now minors.

sorry for writing this in layman terms. I am not legal person.

NO PROBLEM. YOU CAN EXECUTE A REGISTERED SALE DEED FROM THE TWO PERSONS AND THEIR MINOR CHILDREN. GUARDIAN WILL BE THE FATHERS(2 BROTHERS) THERE WILL NOT BE ANY PROBLEM.
