Mother and wife righs

Dear All,

My brother passed away 6 months back and his home was locked because nobody was staying there. Now after he's death the recovery agent is coming at home for EMI dues of 6 months. He's stating that , If u don't pay money now then bank will sell this property and u will not get anything.

Here my question is : Can bank sell the property in this serious condition or what our law says?
Can we wait for more months to pay EMI if we get money or they will auction the property in next month?

Right of daughter for the property

Dear Experts,
My wife has four siblings sister, my father in law passed away in 2024. She has no brother. My mother in law is house wife. My father in law has purchased a house in 2000 and got registered on the name of mother in law. Me and my wife are looking after my mother in law after the death of my father in law. we want equally 5 share of property for all the sisters of my wife. My Mother in law want to gift property only to younger sister of my wife. though, this property is not the self earned property of my mother in law. My query is that , do we have any legal rights to stop my mother in law for gifting the house to younger sister of my wife.
Regards,
Srikant

Release deed made under power of attorney obtained by fraud

In 2010, A power of attorney (no consideration involved) for share in property in rajasthan was fraudulently from a female senior citizen staying in gujarat.
Using that power of attorney a release deed (relinquishment) was made without the knowledge of the lady.
The senior lady has just in 2025 learnt about such release deed in favour of one person, and now that person is entering into agreement for sale with someone.
How the lady should proceed to stop the sale of her share in the property grabbed under power of attorney made by fraud? Criminal case, civil case, order to registering authority to not to register any deed of sale, order to not to update mutation records , .... What should be the strategy to get justice?
Lawyers may also contact over direct message for taking up the case professionally.

Degree certificate has not been updated in personal records.

I had intimated the department before taking admission but I was not aware of the rule that it is necessary to take permission before taking admission. I was given a memorandum regarding the same. I apologized and asked for permission but there was no response from the department. Then I asked for permission again through ex post facto but still did not receive any response. Now after 4 years, my degree is completed and I am submitting the degree, the response from there is that they will not submit my degree and will not add my qualification in the seniority list. what should I do?

Child custody

I applied for permanent child custody under Act 8 section 25.I did not apply for any visitation rights under section 12.My son's present age is 10 years.
My case was ex party as my wife did not appear before court.
But the district court gave final order stating that that the court is not convinced to hand over permanent child custody to me keeping my child's age in consideration and gave me visitation rights every 1st and 3 rd Saturday.
Now my question is as I did not apply for any visitation rights can district court pass such a final ex party order , where in I applied under section 25. for permanent custody.
Next what should I do?Is this a wrong order?
