Hello Gurus,
We filed a writ C in Allahabad high court 2 years ago. The court sent notification to other parties next day. But there is no date after that.
I noticed that 2 months ago that Next listing date was changing after 2-4 days and now it says There is no further orders of Listing.
Can you please let me know why it is saying so. What does this actually means. Please suggest me if I can file an RTI to know the exact status of the case. If I can then whom should I send my RTI
Here are the details:
Date of Filing 09/10/2013
Last Listed on 11/10/2013 in Court No. 4
Next Listing Date There is no further orders of listing.
Thanks and looking for your positive response.

My power of attorney had done a registered sale agreement for a plot allotted on lease in 1983. No limit for payment specified in deed but possession was give.when plot became transferable in 2005 It became title holder.my attorney refused to honour the sale agreement and deterred me also as plot was resold unofficially to 4th party and now possessor.
The party who had entered into sale agreement filed a lawsuit naming me and POA as respondents in 2005.
My POA died in 2008 and I sold off the plot in 2009 without consulting lawyer as I was thought case has got dissolved.
Case came up on board in 2011 and my lawyer contacted me in 2014 saying that there was an injunction. Lawyer is also named as lawyer for one of the Plaintiffs.
I destroyed all papers few years back as I thought case had got dissolved.
How can I save my skin.
What maximum punishment can be awarded for breach of injuction as Plaintiff had filed application.
Plaintiff has confirmed non payment till date.

Respected experts,
I have a query that whether shooting of videos of policemen while they're on their duty is prohibited by any law?
If yes, then why media persons are allowed? Or is it a necessity to obtain a media license before shooting any video?
My relative sister age 29 and child age2, are missing. After two days we raised FIR in police station, their not investigating the person we are doubted. So please help me how to proceed next step.

Hi respected experts,
My dad and his elder brother did partition deed equally of 150sq y each among themselves of total 300sqyards in 1991. My uncle has been living in his property since 1970 and he was living on our 50 sqya land since 1970. My dad gave gift deed to me of 150sqya in 2008. In 2013, my uncle sold off his 150sq ya and my 50 sqya without our knowledge. Though my uncle enjoyed and constructed the upper floor since year 2000, my dad did not object thinking that he is brother njoying the property. Now that he sold our 50 sqya my uncle is not even giving part of money. The link document clearly shows the equal partition between brothers and the gift deed shows I own 150sq yards. Pls advice what to do. The illegal buyer of my 50sqyards is blackmailing me and says he will pay it only if I sell my remaining 100 sqyards to him else forget about my 50 sqya. Please advice. Thanks

In 2003 my mother made a registered Will. At that time she is normal and sound mental condition but taking psychiatric medicines. Now she has behavioral problems. The land given by her father to her.Is it a ancestral property? Can she make a registered Will for the entire property? She made a registered Will in 2003 for the entire property. Is it valid? Can she sell a part of land without the consent of other heirs? Please advise me.
Regarding rent fixation (lagan nirdharan)
Dear Sir/Madam,
Property Description: Ancestral land and house at a village in Bhagalpur, Bihar.
Approx area = 1/2 Acre
Property in name of: My late father.
Documents I have:
1. Khatiyan (Record of Rights) in name of my grand father.
2. Malguzari (Rent Receipt) in name of my Father (Grand father did Name transfer in father's name in 1957)
Since I am the only son and mother is not alive, I want to do this:
1. Lagan Nirdharan (Rent assessment). Rent was never paid to Bihar govt as the property was Be-lagan(free from Rent).
So, I have to pay Rent to Bihar Govt from 1952(Abolition of Zamindary System)
2. Name transfer (from father to myself)
I have submitted all required documents with proper affidavit to DCLR(Deputy Collector of Land Reforms) office.
The Karmachari(Revenue Clerk) has submitted report to Circle Officer and CO has duly signed it.
Now the Revenue clerk says to appoint a lawyer and file case in the court of DCLR(Deputy Collector of Land Reforms), who is the final authority to decide on this.
My Question:
1. Under which Act/Law of Bihar can I find the information related to my case of assessment of Rent.
2. What is the actual process of deciding the rent of such properties?
3. Is there really any need to go to DCLR court for deciding it if I agree to the rent decided according to the law OR as per Karmachari’s report and CO’s authentication?
Kindly answer.
Regards,
Chandan
