My wife has filed a DV case against me. In the case proceedings, she has agreed to conditionally stay with me - the condition being that I make her joint owner in the flat that I own. The allegations against me are all petty related to living conditions at my home and she has complained that I have deserted her. She has not proved any allegations either.
Request you to please reply to my below question:
- Will the court allow such a condition (of joint ownership in my flat) - which my wife has put saying that it is for her future safety and security in case of desertion.

can a senior civil judge postpone the original suit with permanent injunction order for more than an year(from 29/11/2017 to 17/12/2018)even after hearing and considering the official documents submitted in it as a crucial evidence in that suit? And is there any limit to the discretion of a civil judge?

Dear experts,
In 2011, I took loan for my bachelors of 4 years from Punjab national bank.
My total fees including tution fees, development funds and others for four years was 2.50 lac approx
And for first year , it was 76400...but at time of giving money..bank authorities said they only provide tution fees and does not give any other support.so out of 76400 ..they only gave 36400 approx. And nearly 40000 was arranged by us from relatives.
And this same thing kept going on for next 3 years too.
Now after 6 years, they sent their two people saying I had not started paying loan emi and when I asked them how much total amount I need to pay they said 3 lac 9 thousand and some 17000 for bad loan account.
My problem is when they only paid half fees every year ..making it 1.23-1.30 lac in total ...how can they ask me to repay total fees which they never gave.

Hi I am chandana I got married 7 yr back on 2010 but now he is not accepting me nd I have a son 6 yr old from past 7 month we are separated nd we have give 10 lakh after marriage we have agriculture land that we have sold nd we have given that 10 lac nw they are not giving 1 RS also for my child nw he is studying 1 class can u suggest me

Hi all, we have two acres of Agri land having some discrepancy in survey record regarding pathway allotment...pathway has 8 cent in total of space , taken 4 cent from us and 4 cent from neighborhood land...we two are the owners for that...the pathway crosses third party land to connect to main pathway...in record the pathway measurements are not mentioned,only space 8 cent is mentioned.so we were using 3 meter breadh until our land...as per current pathway length and 3 m breadh,space is 8 cent...but survey map,after several years,we came to know that 8 cent of space is not lying equally and parallelly...in one end it is of 2.2 meters breadh..and in another end it's 4 meters.....now 2.2 m end is the entrance where vehicles like tractors lorry can't enter...but last 50 yrs we were using 3 m only...we don't know that it was drawn wrongly...now the third party is not allowing us to pass the way pointing the map wherr subdivision was not correct....can a pathway be drawn like this?...is there any terms and conditions for making a pathway...how can I approach to get the equal and parallel pathway as we were using last 50 yrs?please help..

Dear Experts,
Thirty years back a person purchased property throu GPA. Then immediately that person sold away the property to my Vendor. Now I want to purchase the property from my Vendor.
Now I want to regularise the transfer already done throu GPA. What can I do and how it has to be done.
Kindly advice me.

Sir i am govt servant but i was purchase a land in the name of my brother inlaw but purchase the land through cash on dt sept 2016 the income tax department give a notice to my brother in law .they have no income tax return i cant reply to AO but all amount withdrwal from my bank account please give a advice how can meet to income tax department

Summons are not returned
Hi I send summon to my wife regarding RCR and child custody sec 26. Thrice but summons are not returning to the court despite giving correct address. Does it deemed to be delivered ???? Because neither summon letter nor AD has came back from the address.
