Injection for house

Dear Experts,

I have constructed a house in house site which is belongs to joint family,me my brother having equal rights on the said house site.i have constructed the house at one side of the house site and my house is occupied 40% of the house site, and 60% of the remaining house site is still vacant.so i asked my brother to take the half of the vacant house site for his share.but he is demanding the half share in the house constructed by me and half share from the remaining vacant site and trying to enter into my house.

I have electricity service with my name for that above said house and i have electricity bill paid receipts with me and also i have house tax paid bills and bills paid for water, with these house tax paid bills and electricity bills can i get injection on my brother from court?

please suggest me how to retain my house in this case

Note: My brother is filed a partition suite to get his half share from the total house site but he did not mentioned that the house constructed by me in the partition suite.

Now i am getting call from company to join ship in next month i.e march..otherwise dere is possibility that i wont be able to join ship for next 6 months...bt actual prob is that challan has not been submitted till now in the court. And without challan i cant get AB nd then only i can take permission from the court to go on ship . And no one knows when this challan will be submitted in the court. So my question is that cant i go on ship without taking AB ??? Or else i can just write an application to the court and asking for permission to go on ship for a period of 6-7 months. STATUS OF OTHER CASES: 1. DV CASE- Maintenance has been granted towards my son only. I.e 10000 rs per month ,,nothing for wife. 2. 125 Crpc- it's on argument stage 3. Can a builder deny NOC Letter for a balance transfer?

So here is the over view. I had purchased a flat in the year 2013. The builder received the entire amount as of last year however there were delays in making the payments for a few days not greater than 30 days. The builder received the service tax and vat amount at a much later stage however he now denies my the possession of my flat stating that i still need to pay him the late payment interest charges. The builder has not given me a break up and now when i wanted to get a balance transfer done to transfer my loan to a diff bank he has denied it and is not receivingmy calls too. Is this legal and can i sue the builder as he has denied me the receipts of the last payment that i made towards sales tax and vat?
