Regarding mistake in marksheet

Sir,I am doing job in government sector from last 5 yrs, yesterday while going through my academic certificates I came to notice that the in 2nd year marksheet of graduation which is handwritten as given by the university, there is an examination year
column is there which was not written up by the tabulator and it was written that `examination was held in such a such month and year`only.please guide me regarding this that will this not create me any problem in future .However in my final year marksheet where all the 3 yrs marks are given that marksheet is ok.

No increment due to KRA not filled...

I am working with a MNC company as an Executive. I am a member of registered Staff union. There is a policy of company to fill KRA for performance appraisal. But every year we finds that there is Inappropriate, Illegal and biased appraisal system conducted . We have also consistently quoted innumerable incidents of discrimination, and unfairness while conducting the Appraisal procedures. We have objected to the violation of the course of action of appraisal system Conducted. We have raised this issue innumerable times with the HR Manager. But no reply given from management. In spite of the same they are illegally pressurizing us to fill in the KRA forms. Also management issued to letters to all not filling KRA members stating to take action and no increment to all the members. Dear Experrts pls guide me can management stop increment of all the members who not filled the kra and what action can they take against this. Our union also given reply to the letters why we are not filling kra.In majority cases KRA was forwarded for further processing without discussion (Gross violation of Company guidelines ) No performance related discussions after Ratings to explain how ratings were arrived at . (Gross violation of Company guidelines ) In 2017 deliberate attempts have been made by the Functional Manager to give a lower rating than what is deserved to many of our staff. This unwelcome conduct of the Functional Manager amounts to harassment at workplace. Pls help

Excess salary recovery

Dear Sir/Mam,

I'm working in xyz company . Since 2016 june to till date im working while joining they offered me 4.75 lakhs per annum with 39000 per month. After joining from starting month onwards im getting 65000 slary with some allowance DA and PPF which are not mentioned in the offer letter but DA and PPF mentioned in pay slip . Since it is government maintained company . Under that impresion i thought these allowances are common to every one and kept quite. In the middle two time hike given with increment letter and salary is geeting with the increment package and at this time they mentioned DA and PPF in increment letter also and increased package also. In this middle Four audits happened while at the time of increment and before and after increments. Now they are asking me to pay 10.55 lakhs and package will change to 5.6 lakhs(current is 10.6 lakhs PA) .Last month they didnt given me salary and this month also not ready to provide salary and they are saying we will not provide releving letter also and threatening me as we will go legeal and we will file cheating and robbery and fraud case against you. Im not getting my salary from 2 months and if resign also they are not ready to give releive letter. Im in full financial crisis im not getting what to do. Im in full pressure now. Please guide me anyone.

Regarding appointment

I have been shortlisted for the post of supervisor whose examination was conducted by dsssb. The seats are vacant and dsssb is saying that the file has been closed. I belong to General category and obtained 104.75 marks and last candidate selected in last list obtained 105 marks. But 19 seats are still vacant and 5 candidates of general category have resigned from the job within 1 year of joining and dsssb has not provided any replacement for them also. Im quite sure that i would get selected if dsssb issue list. There is a delay on their part why sbould I suffer bcoz of this? This is the last chance im having bcoz im not eligible to apply anywhere in govt sector now. Plz tell what are my chances if i file a case in CAT? PLZ SUGGEST SOME GUD LAWYERS ALSO.

Pay Protection in service


I have joined an Autonomous Body under control of Central Govt. after rendering more than two decades service in BSNL(a CPSU), which was an erstwhile Central Government organization. Since mine was Technical Resignation accepted by both organizations and the pension scheme was prevalent in both my old and new organizations, benefits of my past service e.g. P.F, gratuity, leave encashment, pension amount etc. have been/are being transferred to my new organization.

However, though there is clear instructions for counting of seniority in past service in case of Technical Resignation, I have not been granted any Pay Protection owing to the following reasons:

1. I joined my new post in new organization without any demur protest in respect of Pay Protection.
2. The rule for Pay Protection is not applicable for transfer from CPSU to Autonomous Body under Central Government but is applicable only for transfer from CPSU to UPSC services.

I have the following questions:
1. Am I eligible for Pay Protection as per the Government Rules?
2. If yes,can I be deprived on the logic that I didn't claim the same during my interview/prior to my joining.
3. Since there is Service Transfer, can I encash my entire leave amount in BSNL and start afresh (in terms of leave) in my new organization?

Where I had given resignation with mentioned to give 1 month notice period but the company give me release letter after 12 th day of completion.
