sir the honorable CAT hyderabad bench directed railway general manager to dispose my appeal (pending with GM) for reinstatement consequent upon my acquittal in criminal case.but the respondents not complied with CAT orders .so we filed contempt application on 16.11.2016.As the judicial member is not posted in CAT till date ,the case is pending.
I have only 6 months service remaining.
now can I file contempt case in high court . or is there any other for speedy remedy.
kindly advice . thank you sir

MY FATHER IS A RETIRED CENTRAL GOVT. EMPLOYEE HAVING PENSION. MY ELDER BROTHER IS ENGAGED IN INDIAN AIR FORCE. WHETHER MY FATHER CAN BE TREATED AS DEPENDENT ON MY ELDER BROTHER WHO IS WORKING IN INDIAN AIR FORCE. CAN MY FATHER AVAIL THE MEDICAL FACILITY GIVEN TO THE DEPENDENTS OF DEFENCE PERSONNELS? GIVE SOME CITATIONS OF SUPREME COURT.

i am working in call centre currently
from past 13 month and right now i am on notice period i have completed my 29 days only one day was left to complete i fall sick for 2 days and team leader mark me absconded is this right or wrong

I joined govt job on 23 nov 2012 , but has to left on 14 aug 2013 due to my study and resigned after giving 3 month notice and deposited bond amount.i want to rejoin, is it posible. Pls suggest

Sir i m working in income tax department as tax assistant in pay scale of 5200- 20200 with grade pay of 2400 in Gujarat since last one year. Now if i join as tax assistant in delhi at same grade pay that is 2400, on technical resignation, will i get pay protecton? In gujarat my probation period which is two years is not completed. So is there any rule that pay protection benefit is given only after completion of probabtion period? Please give answer of my questions.

My Father expired on 30th October 2016 and he was permenent worker in military farm. He had 11 years remaining for his retirement.
After his death I applied for his job on compatianate ground as guided by co-workers with all necessary paperwork.
I want to know that can I get the job on such ground as I am 29 and my elder sister is a desert after her marriage and we stay with our mother.
Please help me out

I AM ALSO ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES OUT OF 577 WHO GOT APPOINTMENT AFTER SUPREME COURT DISMISSES THE APPEAL OF ONGC IN THE YEAR AUG 2015. NOW ONGC HAS NOT GIVEN ME APPOINTMENT AND SAID THAT THE EMPLOYEES WHOES PERFORMANCE IS POOR WOULD NOT GET ANY BENEFIT OF SUPREME COURT ORDER. CAN ONGC DO THIS...CAN I FILE CONTEMPT OF COURT PROCEEDINGS AND WHAT ARE MY CHANCES OF WINNING.

Revisionary authority did not reply my revision application submitted by me
sir .I was working in railways.I was dismissed from service on misappropriation charges .the appealate authority also confirmed the same punishment .then I submitted revision application to the revisionary authority with in 45 days .but there is no reply.
then railways filed a criminal case against me. I am acquitted in criminal case on feb2016. again I represented for reinstatement as there is provision in service rules. but not replied even after several reminders. I approached honourable CAT. CAt directed to dispose my appeal in 2 months .but not implimented. then filed contempt application on 16.11.2016 which is pending forwant of honourable judicial member.
as the revisionary authority not acted in accordence with statutory rules which constitues illegality , can I file any case against railway authorities. kindly advice thanq
