I am the ex employee of Jeevana Care Pvt ltd. I have resigned from my post on dated 11th January 2017 and last working day was 31st January 2017. They hold my salary for the m/o December 16 and January 17 and balance earned leave salary also. I tried to call in HR department, but they told me they don't have funds to pay me. Finally I wrote a mail to CEO/DIrector of the company. But they replied in mail that they have referred all pending outstanding to their lawyer. So please suggest to me, should I file a case against company. And they have also not deposited employees PF /ESI and TDS deducted from employees as well as vendors.
Please suggest me.

I worked in the said office from 23/12/2013 to 04/06/2016.I resigned from the company on 04/06/2016. I have not so far received my salary for the period from 26/01/2016 to 04/06/2016+ Encashment of Earned leave which works out of 25000 approx .The Final settlement of account is still awaited despite a period of one year already elapsed . I have already emailed various time to time dated along with several interactions with officials of the company . The Company is not paying attention to my requests and don’t care to lift calls.All other employees who have left the services are also being suffered due to non payment of salaries and other perks . Complainant sent memory card contg number of video clippings. No doc. evidence produced during inquiry regarding no. of folders/files and clippings, size and length thereof found at the time of receipt. Copy thereof produced instead original. Whether admissible in evidence

i am working in psu bank as astt. manager suspend dt 08-12-2016 vide latter deliverd by hand
after 30 jan 2017 i and c department issue latter for irregularity and reply with 3 days , i am reply just till not issue charge sheet after 90 days
please give me advice now i am were

My father working in one textile shop in Tamil Nadu kovilpatti,since 12years he's getting only 11000 rs salary and also sometimes he's working full night and next day also working for only, 30rs he's working very hard but they do not increase the salary plase suggess some point to take action on shop md

I am working at TCS, Hyderabad.
I put down my papers. Due to personal reasons I am not willing to continue my service with TCS.
I used to work in a 24X7 support project. The project didn't have any sort of dependency on me to run smoothly. So I was released by my Team Lead, as well Immediate supervisor. There exists no shift plan for me to further work in the same project, and the project has also got a replacement of mine who has already started working.
But my delivery manager is not willing to release me. He is actually the authorized one to take my case for approval from the IOU head, TCS for early release via buyout, this is what told to me by my HR.
Now when I am requesting him for the same, he is refusing to provide any approval stating he is unauthorized to do so. And thus insisting me to serve the entire notice period of 90days.
When I offered the buyout of the shortfall of my notice period he is not accepting.
Please suggest what should I do.

Police verification
Respected experts,
Recently I have joined government job and my police verification is yet to be done. Before this government job, I was working in a private company and I left that job without serving notice period. I sent them resignation through mail and joined government job but did not serve the notice period. Now this company is saying that they fill a legal case against me. I want to know if the company files a legal case against me, can it have negative impact on my police verification. Is there any possibility that my police verification could get failed due to this case. I am very depressed. Please help.
