My wife works in ICICI BANK LTD since Oct'2016 . She was under going some medical treatment in 2017 and as her job profile was out bound mainly she requested for a department transfer in HR ; but they didn't provide any department transfer rather suggested her to go for a with out pay Fertility leave from June'17 till Nov'2017. Then when she joined back she had submitted all her medical documents and also got checked by the corporate doctor who clearly said that she will require a leave as soon as she will get pregnant next time and HR agreed to provide maternity in such case.
Then in January'18 she informed the HR department that she is 7weeks pregnant and along with doctor certificate she applied for maternity leave.
HR didn't give her maternity leave rather on 30th January'18 HR sent her a letter stating that she has been absenting herself from 15th January'18 hence she will be on loss of pay. And even they have not provided the salary for the 14days she worked in January'18.
She spoke with HR department again when they told that she will be on loss of pay instead of maternity leave as she is not yet permanent in her service.
Seek your advice on this matter.

My PF account should not have settled however, it got settled illegally more than 5 years ago.
I would like to get copy of statutory Form 19 & Form 10C ( pension) & 3A but the employer is turning hostile. How could i get the copy of these statutory forms from employer to whom I have submitted.

Sir my brother is working on contact basis under government control society. Recently some body come his chamber put down amount in his desk acb people come to his chamber and trapped but he not touched that amount but colour came in the bottle only not on the hand or his pocket. Then arrested and came on bail after 25 days. He is under suspension. He is getting 75% subsistence allowance. His contract expired on 31.12.17. Their employer says ur contract will not renewed and subsistence allowance also will not get. And also he is having 70% disability

Hi all
I Saddy n currently working with an Mnc company pune since feb 2017. Unfortunately i have a spinal cord injury and already on leave since nov 2017 till date.
Please let me know how long will i be able to use medical leave facility in my organisation. I am currently on upaid leave.

i want to file case in the high court. i have to submit one document which i do not have original even i don't know how i got that documents. can i submit that document to court.
Please provide me the judgment as it is not material where ever i found that document.

I got an SCN for negligence while working as forex officer. Some export credit account turned bad and I am being questioned for not exercising due diligence in monitoring the accounts.
The observations are:
1. Not obtained credit reports of buyers
2. Didn't ensure whether the buyers were genuine and/or export did take place.
My Branch Manager had instructed me against obtaining the credit reports verbally. Don't have any proof. How should I reply so to close the inquiry's at SCAN level only.

Dissmis me from services by lic on 13th Jan 2017 after 3 months of joining becauce of I was convicted and appeal case pending in district court and 25th Jan 2017 appeal judgement was acquittal from all charges. At the time of joining, I was mentioned about my court case just which is pending in district court. After termination form service by Lic of India, I filled a writ petition in high court nagpur regarding my improper termination form service and reinstatement in Lic of India but high court Nagpur my writ petition rejected by court and stated that I was not written a proper details about court case and conviction by lower court. Also stated that the decision about the reinstatement is totally depends on employer choice and court can not be interfere in this matter. Now please suggest me what have to do? Is my decision was wrong, first I would be filed a case in CAT? Directly filed a writ petition in high court was a wrong decision? Is Any chance to file a case in CAT or go to the Supreme court for appeal? Please suggest me that what to do now.

Pay band wrong pay fixations

Account section found a wrong pay fixation after long-2 years. Is the pay band changed in present salary or it may last whatever fixed at first time. please help in this regard
