Medically unfit due to less height

We 8 girls were rejected due to less height as per the medical norms of the company. Out of 8, 6 belong to finance discipline and 2 belong to mechanical discipline. There are two groups in the company's medical norms. Group A is applicable to "ALL CLASSES OF EMPLOYEES DIRECTLY
CONNECTED WITH COAL MINING (MINING, GEOLOGICAL, SURVEY, MECHANICAL,
ELECTRICAL, ELECTRONICS, OPEN CAST, PERSONNEL, MINING TRAINEES, AUTHORIZED DRIVERS AND WATCH AND WARD EMPLOYEES, ETC.)"
And group B is applicable to posts other than group A.
And on asking in the RTI about the group in which finance and mechanical falls . They replied finance comes under group A.

And as per group A norms minimum height requirement for the candidate is 159 cm. And we all are less than that. But in other batch of appointment which was after 15 days if our batch, the candidate was selected and not declared unfit though the cabdidate's height was less than 159 cm. We know the name and height of the the Candidate but we have no knowledge of what height they must have written in the medical report.

And also in batches which were before ours batch, Candidate with less height were selected.

Also no separate height is mentioned for male and female candidates. Both have same minimum height requirements.

We made an appeal to the company but there is no response on their part since 2 months.

I want to know whether we 8 can proceed for court case on the basis of info of that selected candidate.

Hi I have resigned on 28th Dec 2017 asking relieving with immediate effect stating that i will pay the notice period amount, however i have not received any reply till date after several email and speed post to employer.

Deduction of salary for late coming/learlyleaving

Sir,
Our organisation recently starts to deduct the salary for late coming or early leaving for more than one hour. As per organisation approved standing order it is applicable to workmen category grade pay Rs. 4800. But HR section starts to deduct the salary for Supervisory and supervisor officer categories (other than workmen as per standing order and FR22)also. . This can be accepted or legally file or any other method since HR is not deducting for officers.

Commercial employment afer resignation

Respected Sir

I resigned from the services of IDBI Bank in the month of November 2017. However i was not attending duties of the bank since Jan 2017 as I was preparing for Civil Services. Due my absence the bank has given me CESSATION LETTER in which a clause is mentioned '' No officer of the bank who has ceased to be in the services of the bank whether by resignation , retirement or otherwise , shall within a period of 1 year from date of when he finally ceases to be in the services of the bank accept or undertake a commercial employment except with the previous sanction in writing of the competent authority'' .

Now I have been selected in India Post Payment Bank which is under 100 % govt equity under Department of posts. But IPPB HR is demanding a permission letter from the IDBI Bank. The same demand has been rejected by IDBI Bank. My joining is due on 4 th march 2018 . I am having very short time , if I will not produce permission letter my joining in the India Post Payment Bank will be cancelled. I am in a mental stress where I am left with no answer that what should I do in future so that I can enjoy my right of earning livelihood.

Seeking your kind help and guidance.

Thanking you
Ravindar Rathore
