Nowadays in every bank staff are forced to sell general insurance policies, hampering other customer service counter. Is it every staff is rightly authorize to sell insurance policies or only authorized insurance facilitator or agent can sell the insurance policies. Is there any regulation/guidelines are issued by IRDA ,in this regards, who will sell the insurance policies.

Dear All,
Employer has hold last 03 months Maternity Salary of an employee who is on Maternity leave an she is working on Managerial position in Sales department . She asked the reason for holding her salary but they replied that company policy has changed. As per Maternity Benefit Act, employer can not hold Maternity salary of an employee. Her office is in Andheri. Where she has to complaint again employer? Where? is there any complaint letter draft? Please share with me.

Can an Private Sector employer ask their employees to come for work on the national holiday like Independence Day, Republic Day, Eid Al Fitra, Diwali, Durgapuja, Holi and Eid Al Adha?
Can the employees ask for the remuneration for those days or not?
Is there any National Holiday regulation to follow for a Private Sector employer?

I am working for a pvt Ltd company at Bahadurgarh who are manufacturing plastics raw materials, I joined the company in July, 18.in August, 18 they had given cash against my salary and told us by September, 18 they will transfer the salary in my account. The HR department took my account details this month, but till the date the company didn't transfer the salary. Even they deposited my original certificates as security, now I need suggestions what to do? After requesting many times the company is saying that they have fund issue, now I am on leave.

Sir,
I have been dismissed from service for suppression of higher qualifications. Charge sheet issued, enquiry conducted. I have filed WP challanging the dismissal order and confirmation of dismissal order of appellate authority.
1. Is that require to pray quash the charge sheet and departmental enquiry after dismissal.
Please provide me some judgements after diamissal, prayer to quash the charge sheet and departmental enquiry not required, challenging dismissal order sufficient.
Please provide some judgements as me higher qualified could appoint in the basis of his lower qualifications, when there is no conditions in employment notification.
