Full & Final Settlement

Dear Sir,

If the Company policy states that an employee is eligible for Privilege Leaves (Annual leaves)only after completion of 1 year of sercvice, then should the PL encashment be considered for the F&F on pro rata basis if the employee leaves before completion of a year's service. Is it manadatory for the company to provile PL encashment in the F&F if the employee has not completed one year of service?

Regarding Full and Final Settlement !!

Hi, I am a fresher in HR. I want to know that if an employee resigns from the company without serving a notice period then should 1 month of basic salary is deducted or 1 month of gross salary is deducted. Our company is a BPO. And when is FNF given? Is it 45 days after the completion of notice period or 45 days after the submission of resignation?

Salary after releiving

I worked for a bank for 2 months and resigned the job and now placed in another marketing job.

The bank even paid me salary during my work time, still crediting the salary for the past 3 months.

I debited and put all three months salary in fixed deposit.

Now my question is can the bank ask from me the three months salary?

Dues payable to a removed bank officer

Dear All,
I joined Punjab National Bank as an officer and rose up to senior manager (scale III). I was removed from bank service with following punishment:
"Removal from bank service which shall not be a disqualification for further employment."

I want to know what are the dues payable to me. I put in 21 years in bank service and opted for pension.
I shall be grateful for the reply? Thanks in advance.

Shops & Establishment Act for labour contractor

Dear Gentlemen,

Can you pls enlight me whether the shop & establishment act is applicable for the labour contractor who depute / deploy manpower at principal employer premises. The principal employer is already having the S & E regd for that location. But as per the labour inspector, since the contractor generating business from the deployment of manpower the contractor also must have to take the S&E regd for the same location & same prmises where the principal employer already took the same regd. Kindly through your views with concrete evidence for the above matter.

Regards
Sidharth
