My advocate asking me to pay permanent alimony

Divorce filed by husband under Hindu Marriage Act and final arguments over, judgement date given as march 18, wife permanent alimony petition dismissed already long back.
Still the wifes advocate asking permanent alimony. He told no objection to grant divorce but want permanent alimony in the court during arguments. Today my advocate is telling two advocates from wife side came to discuss and asked him to get money from me.
They have told that they will file another application of divorce and then ask alimony again.
What my advocate is doing is it not treachery? In this case what to do?

Suggest solution please.

Rcr case - experts advice needed please

Dear Sir/Madam
Kindly advise on due course of RCR reply received from respondent, she has stated that she is willing to rejoin by the condition to leave apart the ailing parents and praying the Hon’ble court to dismiss the petition by stating false allegations on me.
Anyways im not going to join her by separate living nor have no intentions to rejoin after her ill-advised reply fore worded by the respondent’s counsel
Question:-
Would I be asked by Hon’ble court to rejoin by asking to go for separate living?
Can I go with filling of Divorce petition? On basis of cruelty by respondent of RCR by which she is asking for separate living away from old aged parents- referring to Supreme Court Judgement –notified dated 17th Sep 2017?
If I file divorce - will I be asked to reimburse her marriage expenses- which respondent primarily quoted as she have spent 18 lakhs on the course of wed lock in counter reply.
Will i get true justice by defaming the intention of respondent to exploit money?

Please I request experts to advise on this is for my inner clarity even though my counsel is representing me in the RCR Case.

Filed rcr against my wife

Hi Experts,

I have been attacked by my wife and her lover when caught red-handed for which I have filed an FIR. Now because of the fear of Dowry and domestic violence case, my lawyer asked me to file section 9 so I did.

Once I got a call from mahila thana, and told that my in-laws have given complaint for Dowry and Domestic Violence for which I have to present there. But due to the fear of my life I didn't go because I know my MIL and wife could harm me there.

From the registered post I sent them the FIR, my MLR and Section 9 document to the SP and that mahila thana.
Now with the help of my source, I came to know that they filed a case in the court against me.

Now how can I save myself from these cases?
What are the steps should I take now?
I don't want to give them a single penny.
After this much, I decided I can't live with her.

Thanks

Unregistered will in favour of 3rd party

My father and Mother were living separately for almost 3 decades but not divorced. I stayed with my Mother. And I was in touch with my father until around 5-6 years ago. Recently, my father died and we were not notified of his death and couldn't even perform the last rites. When we came to know about this later in the day, we went to his place and found that one of his employees and her husband are staying there...! They were not ready to even allow us in my father's house. We inquired about his death and came to know that he was suffering from various ailments and that he also had cancer in the last stage and was operated / hospitalized 3-4 times in the last 8-9 months. The couple was not at all co-operative and we suspected some foul play. We went to the hospital and the doctor was also not co-operative and he had issued a death certificate without carrying out a PM. So, after some questioning, we got to know that my father has prepared an unregistered will in her name and made her the executor. Also, got to know that the medical certificate was not of the same date as of the Will date. But, the couple had managed to gather 2 witnesses and also 2-3 people from the apartment where my father stayed. All of them are saying that he was in sound state of mind.
We feel that the couple has taken undue advantage of our family situation as well as his irrecoverable health condition and managed to get an entry into his house 6-7 months before his death. Eventually, they may have convinced him to do this Will in their favour.
1) What should I do to validate if the Will was made in a sound state of mind and / or without any foul play?
2) Should the medical certificate be treated as valid even if the dates are not matching?
3) The medical certificate also mentions only about his physical fitness and has no mention about the mental condition of my father. And so, the couple is banking on the 5-6 witnesses present while signing the Will. Is this legally valid?
4) The medical certificate carries only the doctor's signature and not of my father. Is this valid? Since the dates are not matching, we feel that there is a possibility of the Medical Certificate being obtained at a later date (probably, after my father's death...!)

Please advise.
