challan submitted u/s 3/7 E.C.ACT & SEC. 328 IPC.The related special court for E.C. ACT is CJM/ ACJM.in this situation weather special court CJM /ACJM can trial offences related u/s 328 ipc is legal or not.
The offences u/s e.c. act & 328 ipc can be trial by special court CJM /ACJM.Even u/s 328 ipc cases are tried by CJM/ ACJM.weather SESSION COURT can trial offences related to E.C.act act &328 ipc or not? if he can trial, under which sec. of cr.p.c.?

A wife has alleged that the items of dowry were kept by her husband n inlaws. she wants to implicate him for criminal breach of trust u/s 405 ipc. is it tenable. will he be liable u/s 405 or some other section.

I was hit publicly by Local Criminal. I have file a police complain. Sec 324 etc. They got bail. I want my Complaint no. and The status for the Case and all the Statments Collected by Police and submmited in Court. who do I obtain the Information?

Dear Sir's
I am Tarakeshwar Acharya a resident of hyderabad residing since 3 years and working in a reputed MNC since 2 and half years........And i am staying with my old age parents my father is 72 years old suffering from heart attack and three blood vessels are already blocked.He is a bed-ridden patient my mother is 63 years old with diabetic and low blood pressure patient however manage to take care of house hold activities and i am a 30 year old bachelor till August 2009.
I recently got married on the 15th august 2009.with K.sunita from Hyderabad locally.The marriage was arranged with the help of telugu Matrimonial website.It was an arrange marriage.I am a B.com Honors student from Barkatuallaha University M.P(Bhopal) as per the Matrimonial site the profile of sunita was updated as a student with M.A ,Phd public administrator.Her mother gave a call after looking my profile and my parents were unable to verify the background.........(inregards to family,fitness and the past of sunita's family).As my dad was getting ill day by day and doctor's predicted that he might survive for a week or two. Hence on urgency the marriage arranged on behalf of both the sides on the 15th aug.09.
After marriage sunita came to my house on the 02nd sep.09 as their parents informed its an auspicious day to start a new life and she went back on the very second day because his father was leaving abroad to ryhad.she stayed at her mother's place till the 7th sep.09 as the honurable C.M of hyderabad passed away and there were no means of transport available.i brought her back on the 08th sep.09 and she stayed in my house with my parents and i went to office asusual at 11:30AM and on the same day i received a call from her mother stating that they have to attend a Television Show wanted sunita to come with her.Hence i called sunita to know if she would like to go with her mother to the show she agreed for that and i adviced her to come back once she is done with the show.
However,i never received any phone call from her nor to my parents.I adviced my father to call her to check where they are.On calling her mother informed that she is so tired and sleepy and they would send her off by tommorrow.After coming back from the office we had a small family discussions with my old parents. In regards to the unexpected situation i did not sleep the whole night .I got a call in the morning from her mother stating that she doesn't want to come and stay in my house complaining that the house is sourrounded by sick patients and my mother is torturing her .I went to her place just to clarify with my in-laws and sunita to understand the matter .....as it was been told to her before tha maarige that i cannot stay alone separated from my old parents because there is no one else to take care of them.i insisted & begged several times to come back as its the matter of reputation of both the families and this has affected my old parents health after several discussions she still denied to come.And after a month(since she was staying with her parents) her mother came with few MAHILA MANDAL ASSOCIATION LEADERS to my house in my absence and were arguing that we are torturing her with food and other household duties.and even putting the wrong claim on us stating that my mother is torturing her for dowry ,fortunately those association leaders understood the situation and medical conditions of my parents and became angry on sunita's mother that she has mis-leaded them and spoiling her daughter's life .And went back assuring my parents that it will not be repeated and they will send sunita back to my home .After 3 days of this incident sunita and her mother lodged a FIR complaint in the local police station claiming dowry harresment,and evil treatment with her daughter by her mother -in - law and she wanted us to get saperated .And police took me from my office and gave me the marriage counselling at that time i came to know that sunita never got educated and she is just 10th class failed and unable to read or write properly and she have no friends and she never comes out of her house and never use to interact with anyone and always use to watch television.She wakes up early in the morning at 05:30 AM and goes to bed at 7:30Pm evening and neither can she cook nor mange house hold works she demanded for a worker or a servant to take care of the entire house hold activities.I claimed that it was not possible for me to continue with such a girl when she cannot understand me and my situation.This FIR went to court and i am being harressed by my in-laws that if i do not get sepaerated i will be put behind the bars on the basis of dowry harresment.As its not been know to her father till date as they changed the mobile number of his father and denied me to talk to him nor his father called us.
The sub-inspector of the local police station on the 25th oct.09 forced me to take sunita back to my home where she stayed for only 2 days and went back again early in the morning with out informing me and till date .Again i m subjected to harresments from sunita's family for separation.
(she hardly stayed only 3 days since we got married on different occasions and this is known to all the people of MAHILA MANDAL ASSOCIATION and the police SI.However no body wants to take action on behalf of me inregards for saperation everyone wants that I should manage this marriage life and things would be sorted as the time passes by.)
As the FIr is been lodged and its been pending for arrest warrent for me and my parents under sec.498IPC 3DPA and 4DPA act.I am only person to take care of my parents who even cannot walk properly I am afraid any time the police can come and we all will be in the jail, Hence could you please advice the possible way to get out a bail for my parents and myself so that i can lodge a compalint and fight against the fraud case which is lodged against me and my family.
I Don't want to continue with sunita and my whole life is ruined and they have cheated with me and my parents ,as we have blindly trusted and landed in trouble could you please help me suggesting a proper guidence so that i can go for a legal divorce and can stay away from police tortures

What are remedies if a boy has sent "previous love letter written by girl,Her non offensive video clipping taken by her consent,Video of Settelment of girls father and uncle" to the person with who she is marrying.Here the girl cheated boy utilizing him,in all finiancial,sexual,emotional purposes.
Under what IPC code case can be filled ? What would be probable punishment?

Three years back when i am in india , I was overpaid with arrears from the company where I have worked.. This amount was not identified by me ,and even
company didn't identify the mistake. Ater month's I have got job and left to US . All the amount in my account was spent for my personal reasons.
After three years the company came back and asking me to retturn the excess amount paid.Please advice , do I am liable to pay the amount.
Do the company have a right to file a case againt me.Currently I am in Us.
