Dear Sir,
I had personel loan with Fultron India from last 2 years. initlailly i had paid ecs at the time. but after start of recession period i had lost my job. due lot of probelms(open surgery of papa, TB treatment of wife etc, unemployment) i could not able to fullfill my families basic need too. still collection agent were harassing me & my family to pay monthly installment. but i could not able to give that to them. so i shifted myself to other palace so that to reduce tension & bothering to my neighbour. at last week(summons by police constalbe at old address) i came to know that they have filled case against me of check bounce & have to stand in court.
now still i donnot have job & money to hire some budy for me.
pl let me have some helpfull info about what should i do?
pl advice.

my sister was married 1 year ago with a boy whose mother,father died in a accident before marriage and have only one sister studying abroad and boy and his mama shows us that he is well established in property business and having number of properties and kgs. of gold in lockers but after 4 months of marriage we came to know that boy has to pay large amount of credit in the market and huge amount of home loan is pending and now he started misbehaving with girl not giving a single penny to her for petrol, cloths and basic needs of life and persude her to bring money from your brother now we bring the girl to our home and now he is not attending our phone calls and his mama says that he cant do anything in one word boy becomes "gunda" please advise me what can i do in this situation and please suggest me the best punishment under ipc for that type of immoral husband.. and in this case boys sister is also playing negative role sitting abroad she is remote control from there, is there any law under which we can punish his sister also...

Dear friends,
In relation to sec.325 of Cr.P.C,when in any case chif judi. meg. wants to convict an accused for life under IPC 326, and sufficient evedence is there on record then what should Hon.Chif Judi. Megi. to do? In sec.325 of Cr.P.C there is not spcification about Chif judi.
Plz let me know,if any citation.

THERE HAS BEEN A LAPTOP THEFT FROM HOUSE TODAY MORNING AT 8.A.M. AND I DO NOT HAVE THE PAPERS REGARDING THE LAPTOP PURCHASED AS IT WAS BEEN GIFTED, SO KINDLY LET ME KNOW WHAT ALL STEPS TO BE TAKEN REGARDING THIS. I HAVE SERVED A NOTICE TO THE PARTY FOR RETURNED CHEQUE u\s 138 AND ALSO WANT TO FILE A CASE AGAINST HIM AS I FEEL THAT HE HAS NOT TAKEN THE NOTICE SERIOUSLY AND WILL ALSO NOT APPEAR IN THE COURT FOR THE SAME ,THOUGH HE HAS A GOOD BUSINESS BUT HE DOES NOT SEEM TO PAY MY DUES .I AM FROM MUMBAI AND THE PARTY IS FROM KERALA.I WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS IF HE DOES NOT ACCEPT THE SUMMONS OR HE DOES NOT APPEAR IN THE COURT ON THE SAID DATE ,EVEN IF A WARRANT IS ISSUED AGAINST HIM AND HE IS NOT PRESENT WHAT CAN I DO .DOES THE COURT GIVE ANOTHER DATE OF 4 TO 5 MONTHS TO PRESENT HIM IN COURT ,AND ALSO PLEASE GUIDE ME IF THE PARTY KEEPS ON DOING THE SAME THING AT EVERY DATE WHAT SHALL I DO.

quashing of fir
my friend sent 14 trucks of scrap without giving information at any sales tax barrier of punjab and caught by s.p irb punjab then he pays penality of 62% after that police register the fir u/s 420,465,467,468,471,120b. is there any chances of quashing the fir as two punishments cannot be given for one crime
