Outside police station, its written, if complaint not registered approach....list of higher officer and in end, name and address of Human rights commission, I did so, so now, Human rights commission has asked for an affidavit, can any one tell me how to file affidavit or what are the steps in filing affidavit?

From last two months one person is following my friend. That person is having doubt that his wife is having relation with my friend. As per my friend there is no relation with his wife. That person is having many contacts in police department and trying to harass my friend. My friend is worried that police will put him behind bar on the basis of any false reason. As per my friend that person also wants to extract money from my friend. My friend is very much irritated, disturbed and worried. What my friend can do in this situation to protect him legally. Please advice.

A case was registered against the accused under the above mentioned sections of IPC. Court granted bail U/s 438 of Cr. P.C on the grounds that documents are already available with the police. Court also, while granting the anticipatory bail took the plea that it has not been mentioned in the investigation that who has suffered loss due to fraud and that complainant has no relation with the fraud.
I want to know that for conviction is it must that somebody must have suffered loss and that a person who is directly related can only complain?

after i filed divorce suit my wife and her parents in mobile used to vituperate nast words regarding my mother and sisterand after that they used to cut the connection.out of anger when i retaliated they recorded all my filthy words.not only that their parents came to our home after divorce suit was filed with
recordplayer.and said abusive languages to my mother.in return i asked them to get out of house.one day after first hearing of my divorce suit they filed 498a against us and submitted recorded cd in which my abusive words which i said in retaliation to attack on my mothers character has been submitted.we have never demanded dowry .my wife is a psychiatric patient which was suppressed before marriage.will those recordings turn against me in court?what i said was few abusive words to my wife and to get out of my house.isnot this a criminal conspiracy?how can i proove it.please help me

Can some one give the typical court charges(fees) to be paid for getting Anticipatory Bail Order against 498a from a High Court of Andhra Pradesh.
If it varies based on the several factors,would help in giving the fees range in INR.

I m an Govt officer where i have to act expeditiously only on order given over Phone/Mob without awaiting proper written order in many circumstances, gives chance to superior to volte-face. IN such circumstances conversation on phone taping is the only source of evidence which can be produced in self defence. Will court admit it or not if yes quote the rule of concerned act if possible RULING also. Thanks

I want to sue some newspapers for defamation . I have written a letter to Hon. Magistrate which has been kept for hearing and deciding the maintaining of the complaint on 11th June and I have been allowed to argue myself. In the letter , I requested the Hon. Magistrate to award all the accused maximum punishment provided in the law and also asked for damages . I have also written the same letter to the Hon. Civil and Sessions Judge who has the registrar to study and put up the case. Kindly guide me regarding the further argument and procedure.

defamation
Acting on my complaint, the Hon. Magistrate , who is yet to take cognizance , has allowed me to argue my case myself and kept first hearing on 11/05/2010 to decide maintainability of the case.
I am residing in Nagpur and the Magistrate's court is situated in Mumbai . It takes 14 hors journey from Nagpur to Mumbai by train.
I have an important exam for recruitment in Government Of Maharashtra services on 13/06/2010 , the date was not fixed beforehand.
Can I make a request to the Hon. Magistrate by telegram or registered AD post or by any other means , to keep the hearing of my complaint on some other date after my exam so that I can prepare the case ?
Plaese reply at the earliest, so that I can take appropriate step.
