I had entered into a financial arrangement with a multinational bank as generally the practice is I signed it in good faith expecting a copy from the bank once it was counter signed by the bank and also issued blank cheques as part of the agreement.
Now because of dispute they have banked one of the blank cheques, I requested a copy of the agreement from the bank under indtructions of the Ld. Magistrate and I find that few pages are missing from the agreement does this point/ fact has any legal advantage.

The Kerala CBI court has given summons to me as accuse and I have to appear before them, I heard that the other accused persons (I do not know them ) if they do not appear on that day then there are chances of the judge turning down my bail application. Is it true ?
What are my chances of getting bail on the same day of appearing before the court ?

I would like answers to these questions :
1) When I present before the court will the judge give me immediate bail if a case is registered under sec 420 and 120 ?
2) What kind of bail will be imposed on me ?
3) Can I get an anticipatory bail if the charge sheet is filed in the court by the CBI
4) What happens if the bail is denied, when can i have apply again.

Dear Sir,
One Rajinder Singh has made several false complaints against me during past 4 yrs to the Police, many Govt Offices, Courts, none have been proved.His intention has been to harras me, tarnish my reputation and build pressure for extortion to which i have not yielded.
As Director of a reputed School, i have been playing defensive but he continues his mala fides.
Can i file compaints U/s 386 and 500 now

What does regular bail granted under Sec.437 Cr.P.Code.mean ? Can personal bond be given and of what value or will the judge ask for some sureties . The case is in kerala and i am in coimbatore. Can i also get an anticipatory bail if the charge is filed by the CBI ?

As per the railway tender I had supplied material to a contractor. There was a CBI raid on the contractor and CBI found evidence of gratification made to the railway official, they also raided my office, but found no evidence of wrong doing, but during the enquiry they kept on telling me that I might have colluded with the contractor and the govt official to get through this deal. Now they have filed a case and summons have been issued to me as an accused under sec IPC 420 u/s 120b sec 13(2) r/w 13(1).
So I have to be in the court on the 18.11.10 so then what should i do next ? take a bail ? will I get one ? what kind of bail will i get ?

respected sir,/madam,
my case is pending in the court from last five years due to my husband who is A1 in my case undesr section 498, he is absconding from last five years my case was pending just my -inlaws are appearing to the court for every three months and going, the court had issued a letter to counslute general of u.s.a to impound my husband passport after knowing his addres in u.s.a, not only that the red corner nad inetpol also issued and also a message was also given to all airport authorities about it, resentely my husband came from u.s.a ther the immegaration people had caught him and informed the respected p.s, the police had took him to the court, the court had given him the bail on the same day, stating that he is inocent and granted a bail, but before that i came to know that his father had given a letter that he is going to produce his son on that day,
but being A1 absconding from so,many years just if he give a bail pitittion that he is inocent in this case and he is a law obey citizen can court can grant a bail,
pls give me a u r kind replay, i feel very sad , i atleest thought that he will be kept in thejail for three days, but the judge had given a bail on the same day..

DEAR SIR,
MY WIFE HAS PROVED THROUGH MANUPULATED WAYS AND USING FALSE WITNESS THAT I HAVE TAKEN DOWRY AT THE TIME OF MARRIGE DESPITE I HAVE NOT TAKEN EVEN A SINGLE RUPEE TILL TODAY.
ON NEXT DATE JUDGE WILL GIVE JUDGEMENT ON THIS
I WANT TO KNOW WHAT PUNISHMENT HE WILL GIVE ME I AM READY TO GO IN JAIL BUT DO NOT WANT TO STAY WITH HER.

Respected sir,
my wife has already filed dv case against me using allegation with ground of dowry taken and demanded which is totally false it is merely to harass me and for maintenance she do not want to stay.
in front of jury she is saying she wants to stay but actually not.
she is not staying with me from past two and a half year.
sir can i file divorce petition even when dv case is running

I commimited a crime few years ago when i was 19 by threatning a person for money in the name of moaist but i was caught while i was calling him next time from the same telephone booth which was been tracked and was arested after which i realised that how wrong i was and after 45 days i got bail from high court and from then its 3 years i didnot do any wrong. But the case is still pendin over me and i want to finish that. But my lawyer says i am needed to be bailed again in local court to begin my case. So i want your help that how much will it cost to me and if i get selected in a reality show will i be allowed to travel abroad.
