what will be the effect of a subsequent bail petition filed u/s 439 Cr.p.c in the court of sessions judge by a relative(son of the accused person)on behalf of the accused person who is in jail when a petition of the same kind was moved by an another relative(wife of the accused person) in the same court on behalf of the same accused person is in the pending state.

sir , i have taken bank loan on some fraudulent documents as my financial crisis were to the core and dont have any option as my father is also jobless !!
i have admitted my fraud with the banker and kindly pleading the time for loan repayment !!
now the banker want me to give the same in written declartion admittiing the fraud .....
im literally worried that whether that written declaration leads to any legal proceedings ...im the only earner in the whole family ..!!
if now i have invovled in any legal case my whole carrier will ruin .. im regreting for the step i have done but i have done that only for my family ..
kindly suggest me the step i can proceed please ...... is it advisable to settle the matter with higher aurthority ..!!

Through the intervention of the High Court, the police filed a FIR in a property grabbing case and the charge sheet is yet to be filed.In the meanwhile,the accused submitted a Crl.O.P. in the High Court, Madras seeking to quash the FIR on flimsy ground quoting that the date of incident and date of FIR conflicting. The petition is pending in the High Court for more than 6 months. Can I, the defacto complainant pursue the matter in the High Court and request the honourable court for speedy disposal of the Crl. O. P ? What is the procedure to request the honourable court to take up the case ? When I requested my lawyer to file Notice for Motion , he said that since the petition was filed by the accused, we have no word to say in the matter. What is the way out ?

hellow sir ,
i am shafirkhan staying in kerala .i got bail from 353 ipc .
my case is i ride my byk on a one way actually within 6 month only that way changed as one way .i was not in my home town when the changes happends . one home guard came with a man and the man asking my byk key ..i said i cant give my byk key and who are you.he said i am a police officer after that he had taken my myk with a goods aouto to the police station .
befor that incident he tried to attack me .i said u cant touch my body
he got a prestige issue on that..so he charged FIR as section 353
sir ,
my problem is i whant to go abroad for a job purpuse ..if there any problem for going abroad???

One of my neighbour filed a false case against me and the police officer asked me to take bail from court. i took bail from the magistrate court and subsequently they charged the case. now i have received summons from magistate court to be present there on next week.
whether i have to take bail again from the court. or the anticipatery bail will continue
kindly clarify the possition

Hi All-
I am facing problem with the court clerk. He is chaning the dates on his will .my case is running in local court. court clerk is having one unauthorized assistant who is doing all this. he is changing the dates by taking money. he is a contract employee kind of person. Now i want to complain against him. can some one tell clearly :-
1)what is the exact complete process for that.
2)whom to complain ?
3)how to complain
4) what are the consequences?
5) will i be called for prosecution on this if i complaint to some one ?

Hi All-
I applied in high court of andhra pradesh 4 months back to quash a case. Till now it is not resolved . and date is getting postponed everytime.
1)Can some one who has enough news on andhra pradesh high court tell me why is this happening like this
2)can anything be done to speed up the process at high court ?

RESENDING OF MATTER U/S 202 Cr.P.C
In one of my client's complaint,Court had sent the matter u/s 202 Cr.P.C. for investigation.However the I.O. had been won over by accused and so I.O. submitted a wrong report in court.Now whether Court can resend the matter to some higher official of police u/s 202 Cr.P.C.
