i,m a victim of 304 b dowry death i was selected for defence job in drdo , i got provisional appointment for job and police verification was clear before this incident happen , my late wife parents submiited FIR to the company so they kept pending will i get that jobif get accuited and where to approach kindly give experts opinion in this case

Respected All,
My younger brother has taken borrowings on high rate intt. @ 5% to 15% monthly and distributed cheque and non judicial stamps to them. He already paid more than principal amount to them against interest. But still pending theirs principal amount. Now he is unable to payment them.Please provide me some judgement, which are against the 138.

Sir,
One man in the year 1984 prepared a forged GPA in his name and SPA in the name of his wife of my father, and got the same registered in the registered office Gurgaon with the help of bogus witnesses. He was trying to sell our property, my father came to know so he lodged a police complaint and an FIR was lodged in 1985 against the said person.
The case is still pending in the police record as untraced. I have given the address of this person but police had not taken any action in this case till date.
My father died in the year 2005
Now in the year 2010 this man again came and filed a case in the court of sub judge for injunction on the bases of WILL of my deceased father. The WILL is of the same date of the same period 1984 and same attesting witnesses those are on the GPA and SPA.
All the documents are the in serial number like 1,2,3, and bearing the same signature.
After the death of my father for almost 5 years he said he just came to know about the death and he has the will and the legal heir of the deceased has no right on the property
I have lodged a complaint to the police but they are not taking any action
Sir my question is when for the two document my father had lodged a FIR and said that signatures on GPA & SPA are forged then how is it possible that the third document WILL is genuine
I need your advise what can I do.

Hi,
My wife is threatening me that she will go to my organization and will create a scene there.Yet no case is registered, she is saying before registering case she will take this step. Can you please advise me why so? If she goes then what step should I take in advance for this.
Can this effect my job?

one accident took place and in that accident two vehicles were involved one is Motorcycle duly insured and one Honda City Car also insured, now the problem in that the person who was riding the motorcycle is died and offence is registered against him by the Police, and since the offence is registered against him he cannot claim compensation by filing claim petition, since offence is registered against him by showing he was rash and negligent, can claim petition in this case be filed only under section 163A of Motor Vehicle Act?
if yes then please brief me as regards to that.

Is it permissible for a summons notice issued by the Court to be partially typewritten or are the entire contents expected to be handwritten? Please provide any references to case laws if partially typewritten summons are acceptable.

police official failed to bring witnesses two time and Police Officials failed to appear before the Court. . The examined witnesses turn hostile. Can a discharge petition file under 245CrPC? What is the remedy for Juvenile accused? Thank you.

what is anticipatory bail??
Is any (which) problem(genreal) faces to get it ?
Actualy i want it because one person try to hurt me by parcha bayan (24no) submit in police station and SHO ask me to compromise, but i m not ready.
So how i avoid to arrest.
Plz sugest Also
Is any type of security deposit is required for getting anticipatory bail

please help
my documents(ration card n photo id) were ceased by the IO during investigation.i filled an application in the magistrates court for getting back my documents ,which was rejected.the charge sheet has been filed but trial has not yet started.
what am i supposed to do to get them back?
1)Am i to go to the sessions court for revision ? or
2)to file a writ petition against the state in the high court?
please suggest what are my best options.
